Catalyst for Change: Lighting the Fuse

It all started with an idea…..

What if we stripped away all the business jargon and buzzwords and simply talked about change for what it is - a universal experience (that we all experience differently), a human-powered phenomenon, a muscle that we have the capability of flexing and growing or ignoring and allowing to atrophy.

I’m certain each of us can recall changes that we’ve successfully navigated - and those that we’ve kicked and screamed our way through. For me personally, the professional changes have always felt more seamless and for some changes, almost effortless. While starting a new position at a new company or moving across state lines certainly had its transition bumps; It never felt as heavy or uncertain as some of those personal changes - like selling the first home I ever purchased, deciding to run my first 5k or even navigating the wonderful new world of parenting.

Change is messy. Change is human. Change is what this blog is focused on. The good, the bad, the planned, the unexpected and the ever anticipated resistance. We’re here for it all.

I’m excited to share my insights, my lessons learned, antidotes, and hopefully, help you experience those ah-ha moments that will allow you to more smoothly navigate your next change, whether it be personal or professional.

I’ll be serving up a new blog on a bi-weekly basis - join me as we explore the real catalysts of change and ignite your passion for change.
